Welcome to the Village at Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion. This is the home of community's fitness center, indoor pool and spas, outdoor pool, tennis courts, all-sport court, and location of many community activites and events. Monthly social calendars, as well as game nights and homeowner socials, are available on the Web site or at the Pavilion.

Pavilion Social Room
The Social Room can be rented for private events by homeowners, for $25 an hour, with a two-hour minimum, and $100 security deposit. There is also an additional mandatory cleaning fee of $35 (minimum), or $70 depending on the type of event and the amount of clean up required. The room can be reserved when held by a $100 security deposit. Note: The room is intended for homeowner use and for programs benefitting homeowners. It is not be rented to others for “money making events.”
