The Sport Court is designed to support a variety of sports. Primarily designed for basketball, the court can also accommodate volleyball and shuffle board.  Please see the Pavilion front desk for sign up.

Availability
a.  The Sport Court is available, in-season, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.. Times subject to change depending on hours of operation.
b. The Sport Court is reserved for exclusive use of The Village at Bear Trap Dunes owners, guests and renters. Access to the court is gained only through the Pavilion. All Pavilion rules and regulations apply. 
c. The sport court permits basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and hop-scotch use exclusively, with the exception of other activities approved by The Village at Bear Trap Dunes Board of Directors.
d. The Pavilion Management may close the Sport Court due to weather and/or maintenance by either the on-site Manager or Maintenance staff.

Reservations
a. The Sport Court may be reserved by owners, guests or renters by visiting the Pavilion during the day of play. The Sport Court cannot be reserved for more than 30 minutes at one time.
b. If the Sport Court is not reserved for a particular time, or is reserved for a particular time but is not occupied within ten minutes of that time, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
c. The Sport Court may be reserved for official activities coordinated by the Pavilion Management, which may delegate such authority to the Pavilion Manager or Assistant Pavilion Manager.

Restrictions
a. All players must wear appropriate attire, including shirts and athletic shoes.  Track shoes, boots, flip flops, sandals or shoes with heels are not permitted.  Bathing suits are not permitted.
b. Damage of equipment or unacceptable behavior may result in termination of play. Further actions may be taken, by authorized parties, depending on the situation.
c. Basketball net height level may not lowered from the regulation height of 10 feet.
d. Pets are not permitted on the court.
e. Please appropriately dispose of all trash.
f. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12.
g. Proper etiquette is expected at all times.  No foul language is permitted.
h. Management reserves the right to terminate/refuse play.
i. In order to use basketballs, volleyball, or shuffle board equipment, permission must be granted at Pavilion front desk by showing a valid pass or other appropriate ID.
