Member Splash is a cutting-edge digital pass system that brings convenience and efficiency to our community:

CHECKING IN AT THE PAVILION or HOMEOWNER POOL
Once your account has been set up, checking in at the Pavilion or Homeowner Pool is as easy as providing your name or address to the staff person, who will verify your account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please refer to the FAQ page on Member Splash or contact us at 302-537-1022.

AMENITY PASSES FOR RENTERS
Through Member Splash, we have also developed a system for Renters to purchase amenity passes during their stay. Landlords should provide their renters or managing agents with Bear Trap Rentals login information for the ability to purchase weekly passes for anyone 4+ yrs old.  The names included during purchase will be added to the Member Splash system for easy check in at the Pavilion during their stay.
