HOA Monthly assessment  payments are due on the 1st of each month, you  have until the  25th of the month  for us to receive and post your payment with no penalty. 

As of April 1, 2018 any association payments rec'd after the 29th of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee for HOA.

This amount will be charged every month we do not receive your payment and have it posted by the 29th of the month. Additionally any cost associated with the collection of delinquent fees will be charged to your account and all monies paid will be applied to late, collection & legal fees prior to any funds being applied to your assessments .
