2026 Bethany Beach Shuttle Bus Schedule
- May 23, 24 & 25: One bus running with service from 9:30am to 5:30pm
- May 26 - June 12: No Shuttle Bus Service
- June 13 to July 3: One bus running with service from 9:30am to 5:30pm
- July 4 to August 16: Two buses running with service from 9:30am to 7:00pm:
- Bus #1, 9:30am to 5:30pm
- Bus #2, 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Aug 17 to September 7: One bus running with service from 9:30am to 5:30pm
Note: the last pick-up time in Bethany Beach is approximately 30 minutes prior to the service ending time. If the shuttle runs until 5:30, the last pick-up in Bethany is 5:00. If the shuttle runs until 7:00pm, the last pick-up in Bethany is 6:30pm.
Process For Renters to Access the Beach Shuttle
Renters are required to wear a wristband to access the Beach Shuttle only. Wristbands can be picked up in the Pavilion for all Amenity Pass holders. Please note the following details for renters with an Amenity Pass:
- All pass holders will receive a wristband to access the shuttle bus.
- Wristbands must be worn on the wrist to access the shuttle (cannot be attached to a key ring, tote bag, etc.).
- Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. A new Amenity Pass will need to be purchased.
- If visiting the Pavilion amenities, Amenity Pass holders will continue to check in at the front desk using Member Splash and follow the standard checkāin process.
- Rental property owners are responsible for communicating this requirement to their renters either directly or through their rental property management company.
Process For Homeowners to Access the Beach Shuttle
Homeowners can access their 2026 digital shuttle pass through Member Splash by:
- Logging into your Member Splash account at www.beartrapdunes.membersplash.com.
- You will need to enter your username and password.
- Look in the 'Members' section of your dashboard and click on the blue page icon next to your name; a form will pop up.
- Enter the email address where you would like your shuttle pass sent. You can email the pass directly to family members and guests.
- Check the box to agree to the Shuttle Bus Pass Policy that the passes will not be shared to members outside of your account and guests.
- Click 'Submit' to complete the process. The pass will be emailed to the address entered on the form.
- The image can be saved on your phone for future use.
- The rider must show the digital pass to the driver when boarding the shuttle bus.
- As a reminder, homeowners must list their guests in Member Splash with a first and last name for them to have access to the Pavilion amenities without the homeowner present.
