All renters staying within the Village at Bear Trap Dunes must purchase an Amenity Pass in order to use the recreational facilities. Renters can purchase passes online through Member Splash using the Bear Trap Pool and Amenity Pass QR code provided by the rental agency or landlord.

The Pavilion is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
The Pavilion closes at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
